Main Task
1.    On board freight carriers (bulk & parcel carriers) to new business lanes by defining import & export process, documentation requirements, operational procedures, etc. fa key customer program
2.    Integrate carriers dispatch IT system by defining business requirements, aligning technical specifications & API messages, setting up printers to allow printing of carrier label & other supplements, etc. with close alignment with IT team & external customers
3.    Set up import & export brokage process with local freight management team & brokers located in China & overseas, to meet trade compliance requirements
4.    Lead discussions with customers to proactively drive supply chain operational efficiency & freight management process standardization across different carriers
5.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operation, planning, to develop implement robust E2E supply chain solutions
6.    Maintain process documentation properly, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions
7.    Develop maintain a robust risk management plan that identifies mitigates potential supply chain disruptions, freight management & brokage operational mishandlings, etc.
8.    Analyze data evaluate current supply chain performance to identify areas fimprovement
Qualification
1.Bachelors degree above, Supply chain management, logistics, related field, Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain 2.management, logistics, a related field
3.Proven track record of on boarding new carriers, standardizing process globally driving operational excellence
4. Strong knowledge of import & export processes procedures
5. Excellent communication interpersonal skills
6.Strong analytical problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & external parties
8.Strong project management skills
9.Excellent verbal & written English
10.Experience in setting up new import & export lanes is a plus
