Company Introduction: Established in 2009, Heya Pharmaceutical is headquartered in Silicon Valley, USA, and primarily provides chemistry-driven pharmaceutical R&D services, covering new drug discovery, preclinical pharmaceutical research, and scale-up production of pharmaceutical intermediates. Heya has extensive experience in antiviral (HIV, HCV, COVID-19) and antibacterial research, with particular expertise in nucleoside and heterocyclic compound development, and has successfully assisted domestic and international clients in developing multiple innovative drugs. Shanghai Heya is located in Zhangjiang High-Tech Industrial East Zone, Pudong New District, Shanghai, with a laboratory area of over 8,200 square meters and 300 employees. Since its inception, Heya has been awarded "Shanghai Technology Advanced Service Enterprise," "Shanghai Key Service Outsourcing Enterprise," "Shanghai Multinational Enterprise R&D Center," the "Innovation and Pioneering Award" of Zhangjiang Science City in 2019, and has been recognized as a Johnson & Johnson JLABS global new drug R&D service provider. With the continuous growth of the company, in 2022, Heya established a new R&D center in Wuhan Optics Valley, with a laboratory area of 18,000 square meters, scheduled to commence operations in early 2023. In 2020, Heya became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frontage Holdings (1521.HK).
