Job Purpose:
Act as PCP driving facilitator, lead multifunctional team fthe success of projects. Ensure the development industrialization of new products on-time, on-budget on-quality, own overall project responsibility.
Key areas of accountability:
•Lead teams of development, costing, purchasing, quality, supply chain along with marketing manufacturing to bring new product from concept mass production on-time, on-budget on-quality own overall project responsibility.
•Responsible fthe whole process of project management from Request fQuotation to the phase of mass production.
•Bridging global cooperation with multifunctional teams in different location fassigned projects. Clearly communicate with customers corporate global teams on product specification, quality expectation, timeline etc..
•Develop maintain a detailed master project schedule with team input, plan ensure resources are available fthe projects. Drive control project progress ensure each stage is aligned with the plan targets.
•Lead the team on evaluations of project risks, supplier base, design feasibility, process overall schedule resources. Make decisions based on business program needs team input judgement of priority.
•Lead milestone meeting with PCP members during the product cycle, drive problems to be solved efficiently.
•Provide coaching to team members on problem solving competency improvement in the process.
•Coordinate drive technical solutions fproblems in mass production phase.
•Responsible fthe continuous improvement of product development procedures.
Qualification:
•Bacheldegree above. Acoustic, EE, ME computer science degree preferred
•Minimum 5 years life-cycle project management experience in the mid to high volume products industry, R&D design background preferred.
•Excellent PM skills on planning, reporting, presenting decision making.
•Strong business sense including contract, negotiation, supplier management capability
•Global exposure in multinational companies
•Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing verbal) Fluent in Mandarin
•Strong communication interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of theganization.
•Logical thinking demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks
•Resultsiented, analytical, systematic, mature, proactive, passionate, open to change。
