岗位职责：
1.R&D Document Control & Engineering BOM Management (AAC PLM)
-Manage R&D documents Engineering BOMs in AAC PLM, including creation, release, change, archiving, in compliance with quality change management requirements.
-Maintain item master data, Engineering BOMs, component/version transitions (e.g. X‑to‑O, 10‑to‑11), ensuring design alignment, traceability, data accuracy.
-Drive PLM change workflows ensure timely, accurate synchronization of documents BOMs between AAC PLM SAP systems.
2.Master Data Management (AAC PLM & PSS SAP)
-Maintain, extend, govern item master data plant‑specific BOMs in line with Golden Book standards, SLAs, lifecycle management rules.
-Support master data collection interfaces, cross‑functional collaboration, efficient processing of changes in accordance with established procedures.
-Perform data cleansing, lifecycle reporting, issue resolution, ensuring data completeness consistency across PLM SAP.
-Act as point of contact fplant master data issues, proactively identifying risks driving solutions.
-Support global master data optimization continuous improvement initiatives, including gap analysis, testing, go‑live data uploads.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree equivalent higher education in data management, supply chain management, a related field is preferred.
2.Proven experience in master data management R&D document control, preferably in a manufacturing production environment.
3.Solid understanding of MS365, Windchill PLM SAP systems their roles in managing master data R&D document control.
4.Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, and/finance is advantageous.
5.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
6.Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global teams stakeholders; fluent English is required.
7.Pragmatic, proactive, solution-driven team player capable of thriving in a global, multiculturalganization.
