Responsibilities
1. Support building projects team routine administration work, such as project documents check archiving, cost payment record, supplier contact manual maintenance update.
2. Support system development of Porsche Chinas public charging network development.
3. Support to the daily & special projects of Building Team such as GIK audit documentation collection.
4. Payment settlement, including PR, PO generation, invoice verification, claim report, payment status analysis.
Requirements
• BachelMaster degree, knowledge in Automotive industry, Civil Engineering Electronic Engineering is a plus
• Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant willing to learn
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in bothal written English
• Committed available to work at least 4 days a week f6 months
