【工作内容】
1、负责安全生产与职业健康管理体系的建立、运行及持续改进，确保符合行业法规标准；
2、主导院内安全隐患排查与风险评估，针对消防、危化品及医疗废物等关键环节制定专项管控措施；
3、组织全员安全教育培训与应急演练，提升医护人员及后勤人员的应急处置能力与安全意识；
4、对接政府监管部门及第三方机构，完成各类安全合规性审核、事故调查处理及整改闭环工作。

【任职要求】
1、专科科及以上学历，安全工程、环境科学或医学相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证书者优先；
2、具备3年以上EHS管理经验，熟悉国家安全生产法律法规及医疗行业标准；
3、精通隐患排查治理体系，具备优秀的风险识别能力及突发事件现场处置与协调能力；
4、具备良好的职业道德与抗压能力，工作严谨细致，能适应医院倒班及突发状况下的应急响应。
