Job Responsibility:
1.Assist leader in providing onshore /offshore company secretarial services entity management to a range of client companies in various industry.
2.Drafting of corporate documents in relation to entity incorporation, entity changes /database maintenance ensure the requisite filings/lodgement are completed within deadline.
3.Preparation of application documents in relation to bank account opening / updating Lodgement to banks.
4.To assist on regulatory compliance services foffshore Funds including the license registration/renewal, CRS/FATCA registration annual filing, investKYC ongoing monitoring.
5.To assist on the Pre-IPO structure setup outbound related compliance services such as ODI filing, SAFE Decree 37 filing.
6.Making calls / visiting government authority fconsultancy.
7.Daily communication with client third parties.
8.Handle other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree with law majis an advantage
2.Ideally 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm, fresh graduate is also welcomed
3.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
4.Good communication skills required
5.Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
6.Good commof both written spoken English
7.Independent able to work under pressure
