2. 人才管理与发展：负责研发团队的全生命周期管理，包括关键人才的“选、育、用、留”。主导研发技术岗位的招聘，精准识别和吸引优秀技术人才，构建高效、专业的研发团队。
3. 组织发展与效能提升：设计与推动研发绩效管理体系，确保绩效目标与产品开发目标对齐，有效激励团队。
4. 员工关系与企业文化：推动公司核心价值观在研发部门的落地生根，强化质量文化、客户导向和工匠精神，员工关系问题处理。
5. HR项目与流程优化：主导或参与研发领域相关的HR专项项目（如：专家体系建设、知识管理、创新激励等）。优化并落地适用于研发场景的HR政策与流程。
二、任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工业工程或相关工科专业优先。5年以上HRBP工作经验，其中至少2年以上必须是在“研产销一体化”的制造业环境中，独立支持研发/技术团队的经验。
2、对制造业研发体系有深刻认知，熟悉硬件/软件开发流程、项目管理、质量管理等基本概念。能与技术团队用“同一语言”对话。
3、擅长研发类岗位招聘、绩效管理、人才发展、员工关系等HR各模块，并具备整合落地能力。在技术人才招聘和保留方面有成功实践。
4、出色的沟通协调能力和同理心，积极主动，抗压性强，具备强烈的客户服务意识和业务导向。
