岗位职责
1. 负责家电新产品导入全流程，制定NPI导入计划、试产方案，推进试产、量产落地，确保产品顺利上市。
2. 参与新产品研发评审，负责产品结构、工艺可行性分析，熟练使用画图软件（CAD、Pro/E等），绘制/修改产品相关图纸、工艺图纸，配合研发、生产部门完成设计优化。
3. 协调研发、生产、采购、质量等部门，解决新产品试产、量产过程中的技术、工艺及画图相关问题，优化生产流程，提升生产效率。
4. 整理新产品技术资料、画图文件、工艺文件，建立完善NPI档案，配合质量部门完成产品测试、认证相关工作，确保产品符合行业标准及公司要求。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、工业工程等相关专业，3年以上家电行业NPI相关工作经验优先。
2. 熟练掌握CAD、Pro/E等画图软件，能独立完成产品结构、工艺图纸的绘制、修改及审核，具备扎实的画图功底。
3. 了解家电产品研发、生产流程，熟悉产品结构设计、工艺优化相关知识，能快速解决试产过程中的技术及画图相关问题。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力，工作严谨负责，能配合团队推进新产品导入工作。
