岗位职责
1. 负责咖啡机、搅拌破壁机、料理机、个人护理类小家电的品质工程工作，主导新品 NPI 导入：跟进样机、试产、量产转段，输出试产报告，识别产品设计、物料、制程风险点。
2. 处理量产市场客诉、退货、不良分析，开展失效分析，定位问题根因（硬件、结构、电控、SMT、组装、零部件），推动研发 / 采购 / 供应链落实 CAPA 改善，跟踪闭环。
3. 主导客户审厂、客户质量对接，跟进 Target/Home‑Depot 等海外商超客户质量要求，处理客户质量投诉、8D 报告回复。
4. 来料、制程、成品质量标准制定；制定测试规范，跟进可靠性、安规、化学测试（FDA、Prop65、RoHS 等），跟进第三方测试进度。
5. 协同 SQE 管理供应商，针对电机、泵、加热组件、塑胶件、SMT 板等关键零部件推动供应商质量改善；跟进零部件异常。
6. 产线质量问题跟进，主导不良复盘，组织品质会议，输出 8D、5Why 分析报告，推动降不良、降低市场返修率。

岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，电子、机电、机械等相关专业；
2、工作经验：3 年及以上小家电 QE 工作经验，有咖啡机、破壁搅拌机、料理机、个护类产品经验优先。
