岗位职责：
（1）负责决策项目实施交付管理工作；
（2）组织项目团队进行ERP项目客户化定制开发，包括需求调研、分析、规划、设计、开发、测试全过程；
（3）按照需求方案、实施计划推动项目工作顺利进展；
（4）进行项目统筹规划和管理，识别风险并组织协调内外部资源进行风险管控；
（5）对部门经理负责、对项目交付负责。
任职要求：
（1）计算机科学、信息技术相关领域本科及以上学历；
（2）对ERP（财务、供应链、生产制造、HR等业务领域）领域有深入理解，熟悉常见的决策智能工具和技术平台；
（3）熟悉sqlserver、oracle数据库、及java语言；
（4）精通项目管理方法论，如PMBOK、敏捷管理等，具备PMP认证者优先；
（5）负责过千万级项目，有同行业项目经理工作者优先。
