岗位职责
1、负责架构设计、开发、测试与维护，确保开发过程中的代码质量和系统性能。
2、撰写技术文档、开发文档和用户手册，确保团队知识的共享与传承。
3、分析和解决软件开发过程中遇到的问题，包括性能调优和bug修复。
4、参与系统架构设计和技术方案讨论，提出优化建议与解决方案。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
2、精通Java语言，5年以上开发经验。熟悉JVM原理;熟练使用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架;熟悉分布式系统开发，掌握
Dubbo、Zookeeper、Redis、RocketMQ等中间件技术;具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础。
4、熟练使用主流关系型数据库，掌握Redis、MQ等中间件的应用，具备SQL优化与索引设计能力。
5、掌握多种开发语言(Python/C#等)者优先
6、熟悉设计模式，熟悉软件架构设计
