1. 参与招商相关项目的JAVA开发工作；
2. 能够解决关键问题和技术难点；
3. 参与需求分析与方案设计讨论，能够提出建设性意见
任职要求：
1、5年开发经验，本科及以上学历，熟悉金融行业业务，理解业务需求，熟练的JAVA开发经验，熟悉SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、mybatis等主流JAVA开发框架，并了解过其中至少一种框架的底层实现；
2、拥有分布式应用开发经验者优先，熟悉mysql，oracel等主流数据库，并能够进行优化性能；
3、有过性能调优经验的优先考虑，使用过Jprofiler或JConsole工具的优先考虑；
4、熟悉zookeeper、redis、mycat、kafka、rabbitMQ 等中间件，且对其中至少两种有较深的理解，清楚其实现原理；
5、具有较强的分析能力，良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，责任心强；
6、能接受一定程度的加班，能接受短期出差（深圳）
