The selected candidate will lead the execution of various strategic initiatives, including raw material qualifications (RM Qualifications) the transfer of production activities within Celanese’s global manufacturing network (PTR).
In this role, the Project Manager will partner with cross functional team members to ensure each project moves efficiently from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include delivering timely progress updates, proactively identifying potential risks, escalating issues that require leadership attention. This position is part of a dynamic, flexible, results driven global team focused on achieving productivity objectives supporting the overall success of the business.
Responsible fthe execution of all support projects under their management, including:
o Defining/refining project scope project plan following RM-PMP PTR process
o Managing timeline, key milestones budget
o Identifying deploying resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycle
o Identifying fast-fail candidates
• Positively engage all key functions stakeholders, resolves escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk
• Support in building the project pipeline (revalidate Business Cases) by working closely with Procurement, T&I BL team members business leaders
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Use robust project management tools to define refine the project scope, timeline, key milestones, budget manage project risks.
• Participates in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools partnerships to deliver team (business) success in the areas of productivity and/MOB and/RevGen and/PTRs
• Influences fimpact by partnering closely with procurement, T&I, CTG, MFG, Quality, Stewardship, P&L other team leaders
• May include other assigned projects to support EM success. Relies on significant influence without authority leadership proven success in project management.
• More than 3 years working experience
• Can influence without formal authority
• Good project management skills ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal), in English
• Strong relationship skills with ability to successfully problem-solve with diverse groups towards a desired outcome through persuasion influence
• Strongganizational time-management skills, able to prioritize between multiple tasks

• Proficient use of MS Excel ability to work with large data-sets
