Job Duty & Responsibility：

Lead WUX location (include Guojin office) HSE management in Y2026. Lead ZBO location HSE management. The main duties as below.

1.Maintain ISO14001& ISO45001 management system, optimize develop process which can serve to enhance goals of wholeganization.. Lead audit activities.

2.Establish, maintain optimize WUX locations HSE management, ensure HSE compliance smooth operation among location operations.

3.Support location to develop comprehensive HSE strategy, KPI indicators, operation key initiatives. Regular review HSE key performance indicatwith WUX management team.

4.Develop maintain Valmet data system effectively (such as incident safety observation reporting).

5.HSE laws regulation collection assessment, to make sure meet requirement.

6.Make the 1st level HSE training follow the 2nd 3rd level training fnewcomers the operators who change the position.

7.Supervise of high-risk work permit (such as the hot work permit, confined space operation) to keep mini safety requirement etc.

8.Do the daily inspection in WUX location make records to follow rectification.

9.Support owner to investigate analysis, record the incident near miss, follow up verify the corrective action.

10.Hazardous waste room solid waste management well with local team.

11.Lead HSE “three simultaneous” fproject.

12.Coordinate employee occupational health medical check, build up the employee’s occupational health archive follow.

13.Lead emergency response plansganize different scenario drills.

14.Follow make sure HSE calendar to implement in time.



Job Requirement & Qualification：

1.Bachelor’s in engineering, more than 5 years’ work experience.

2.Deep understanding of local HSE law & regulation.

3.Have good knowledge fISO14001&ISO45001management system.

4.Willing to take responsibility work under high performance driven culture.

5.Competence to work in Matrix team.

6.Professional, experienced coach fprojects & process-developments.

7.Skilled in communication in Chinese, prefer to good English.

8.Prefer in good computer skills.

9.Prefer to national safety engineering certification.
