岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品研发项目从产品需求分析转化到后市场的项目全生命周期管理，全面管理、规划、监控研发项目进展，制定和实施标准化研发流程，确保研发目标质量；
2、全程参与并领导项目的策划、依赖识别、风险分析、实施进度追踪、上线交付、后市场跟踪等活动，平衡项目中的范围、进度、质量、成本等方面的冲突，确保实现项目目标；
3、负责与产品研发中心各技术团队负责人协作，完善内部项目管理流程，完善相关工具链建设，提升项目交付效率和质量；
4、在多项目并行的情况下，管理产品研发团队的项目优先级以及团队中远期项目规划；
5、负责产品研发项目中的跨中心跨部门协调，协调公司内外部资源，解决重点难点技术问题；
6、根据研发项目管理制度和医疗器械GMP体系要求，在团队中进行项目管理方法和工具的培训辅导，使团队整体项目管理水平能有实质提高；
7、根据公司战略方向，进行研发组织架构和岗位能力设计、人员分配、工作量和绩效管理、关键岗位人员培养、人员扩充等。
任职要求：
1、机械、自动化、电子电气等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2、8年以上研发项目管理工作经验，具备多项目管理经验；
3、医疗器械行业优先，大中型企业经验优先；
4、具备多个实际的跨团队、多业务、技术域的复杂项目的项目管理经验优先；
5、熟悉新产品实现的各阶段任务工作及产品全生命周期管理；
6、熟悉医疗器械及GMP质量体系相关法规；
7、熟悉项目管理的相关知识，并具有项目全过程管理的能力；
8、具备良好的组织协调沟通能力和方案整合能力，能引导参与方达成有效共识，有很强的主观能动性和自律性；
9、项目专业能力突出，能在项目范围、时间、成本及质量方面进行良好的计划和控制，能对项目过程中的问题与风险有效识别并解决。
