Responsibilities

You will participate in onboarding of juniteam members assist in developing academics to be members of multidiscipline teams. You’ll identify new research talent to join Microsoft collaborate with the academic community to develop the recruiting pipeline.

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, related field 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research)
Masters Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, related field 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, related field 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
equivalent experience.
Strong coding skills in both high-level systems languages (e.g., Python fML, C++/C#/Java fperformance-critical components).
Solid grasp of ML techniques in CV/NLP, with experience applying deep learning models (Transformers, CNNs) using frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow.
Proven track record of deploying ML models to production, with expertise in scalable services, software best practices, optimizing inference fspeed efficiency.
