Responsibilities:
- eMerchandising
Partner closely with local merchandising team HQ eMerchandising team to ensure the appropriate assortment is on-site according to the product launch calendar by platform region needs.
Moniton a daily basis to promote the key products based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches overall Merchandising Guidelines.
Manage product display (site merchandising) ensure website navigation accuracy efficiency.
Continuously monitsite bugs related to product content displayed. Report in real-time to Digital Merchandising Manager.
Coordinate with cross functional teams, internal external, to ensure accurate information on all items (product copy). Propose changes to navigations, PLPs, PDPs filters based on business needs.
- eMerchandising Business & Analytics
Close monitof the product sales trend produce weekly monthly report to help analyzing the sales, propose appropriate initiatives as needed to achieve sales goals.
Utilize Power BI- funnel/page report to unleash sales opportunity, though evaluation of site journey performance come up with action plan to drive sales

Key Competencies
- 6 years+ experience in eCommerce related activities. Fashion merchant/analyst role is a plus.
- Strong proactive communication skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, ability to collaborate in a matrixed team environment.
- Must be highlyganized detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through.
- Proven experience managing supporting the Greater China digital ecosystem (specifically official website WeChat Mini-Programs)
Technical Skills
- Ability to synthesize large sets of data to draw out actionable insights. Strongly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel PowerPoint Required.
