Lab Quality System as an integral part of the Lab team to support internal customer required data process.
Maintain/continue improving Tire Test Laboratory Quality System.
Review/Test work instructions in line with new existing procedures.
Lead internal external audit.
Contribute to the alignment of testing standards across Europe Asia. Follow implementation of testing processes.
Provide daily support to Asia Pacific testing operation by acting as the relay between Europe ASIA teams.
Contribute to full automation of tire testing data transfer implementation in PLD lab.
Lead correlation test repeat test.
Co.dinate the activities relating to Lean Tire Flow implementation.
Co.dinate the activities relating to Environment Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
Maintain/continue improving Tire Test Laboratory Quality System.
- Review/Test work instructions in line with new existing procedures.
- Coordinate Training Planning, maintain training records newcomers checklists.
- Manage Tire Testing Lab Quality meetings (Calibration, non-conformity, OFI)
- Support Lab Manual periodic update, add new tests, review test conditions in line with regulations (ETRTO, T&R, JATMA, CCC,..)
Internal External audit
- Lead internal external audit
- Coordinate/Support Tire Test Laboratory Staff in preparation/execution of quality audits.
- Follow up OFI completion status
Correlation tests areganized regularly
- Correlation test with GM NA, TIP perform
- Correlation test with JATMA
COP test fboth plant OEM
- Review all test standards
- Issue NC test condition
- Co.dinate the activities relating to Lean Tire Flow implementation.
- Co.dinate the activities relating to Environment Health & Safety.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in majof Quality Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in Quality.
Knowledge of quality system quality tools.
Good experience in common commercialized computer applications.
Knowledge in statistical analysis of data monitoring & uncertainty calculation.
Creativity, high initiative capable to work independently, rigorous accurate. Quality minded.
