岗位描述：
1、作为NPI对接客户的主要对接品质窗口，管控NPI阶段总体品质，保持与客户PQM窗口的良好沟通与互动。
2、NPI试产阶段Yield及MIL的总结与追踪，制程品质问题的FACA追踪；需定期向客户英语汇报进度(会议大都是工作时段con-call，晚上很少安排跟国外会议)。
3、FATP客户端反馈的试产问题或退机的及时反馈与追踪结案。
5、电源产品NPI制程能力分析，如FAI/SPC分析等；必要时兼看NPI阶段的材料品质改善。
6、在Ramp前完成CQP，外观标准等资料的提交并获得客户批准。
(该岗位所属NPI部门，双向汇报给NPI主管和QRA主管)
岗位要求：
1、能英语直接对接国外客户（英语口语欠佳者勿投），兼具英语能力突出者将视作NPI PQM Leader候选人重点培养。
2、能熟练使用PPT/Excel办公软件，掌握Cpk等品质分析工具。
3、三年以上工作经验，有果链或直接对接A客户经验者优先；熟悉电源产品制程佳。
4、专业不限；本科或以上学历；CET-4或以上。
