任职要求
基本要求•
计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历。
3年以上 Java 开发经验，具备独立项目开发能力。
具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作精神。

技术要求•
熟练掌握 Java 技术栈，熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Maven 等主流框架。
熟悉 MySQL、Redis 等常用数据库及中间件。
熟悉 RESTful API 开发及系统集成方案。
具备良好的系统架构设计及问题分析能力。

行业经验要求•
具有 MES、PLM、WMS、ERP 等制造业系统开发或实施经验。
具备工业物联网（IoT）项目经验，了解设备数据采集、MQTT、Modbus、OPC UA 等协议者优先。
熟悉生产制造业务流程，对智能制造有一定理解。

优先条件•
有鼎捷 T100 ERP 开发、实施或接口对接经验优先。
有制造业数字化转型项目经验优先。
有低代码平台、BI 报表、数据分析相关经验优先。
