Job Summary
We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Test Lead with proven expertise in both manual automation testing. The role focuses on end-to-end test process management, driving test automation adoption, championing a "quality-first" culture across teams. You will enforce standardized testing practices, oversee test execution defect management, enhance delivery reliability, efficiency, confidence—while adhering to industry best practices continuously improving test maturity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Process Deployment & Maintenance
• Deploy maintain a standardized test management framework, covering test approach, planning, execution, reporting, defect management.
• Ensure application changes are properly validated against impact acceptance criteria regression impact, with clear evidence of validation.
• Lead a robust defect management process focused on triage, root cause analysis (RCA), prioritization, trend analysis to drive continuous improvement.
2. Test Automation Leadership
• Define clear guidelines fautomation testing (value-driven use cases, types, tool selection) to maximize efficiency reliability.
• Lead the adoption of standard automation frameworks integrate test suites CI/CD pipelines fseamless delivery.
• Increase automated testing coverage incrementally, balancing with manual testing needs to optimize overall testing effectiveness.
3. Quality Culture Champion
• Promote a "quality first" mindset across projects squads, especially during high-pressure delivery phases.
• Research, learn, share emerging testing trends, practices, tools, templates, supporting pilot initiatives fteams.
• Conduct independent quality reviews to assess test maturity levels, identify gaps, drive targeted improvement actions.
4. Test Execution & Oversight
• Oversee end-to-end test execution across manual automation testing, ensuring alignment with project timelines quality standards.
• Generate clear, actionable test reports to communicate progress, risks, quality status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to resolve testing bottlenecks ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
5. Test Maturity Improvement
• Continuously evaluate enhance test processes, tools, practices based on project outcomes, industry trends, team feedback.
• Embed quality metrics success criteria testing workflows to measure effectiveness drive accountability.
任职资格:
• Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related majors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test leadership within large-scaleganizations.
• Proven track record of designing implementing test management frameworks, driving test automation, fostering quality culture.
• Proficiency in both manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory) automation testing tools/frameworks.
• Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, JMeter) frameworks, with experience integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Speak write in both English Chinese.
