Essential Job Duties Responsibilities:
1. Daily production maintains, plan, design, set up, modify, optimize monitmanufacturing processes to improve the process of producing high-quality goods efficiently with the most cost-effective methods.
2. Collaborate with R&D, planning, supply chain teams, design new cells, equipment processes fthe introduction of new products the improvement of existing ones.
3. Work with other engineers, such as mechanical electrical engineers, to ensure all product system requirements are considered from initial product conception to the finished result. Solve technical problems in daily production, through continuous improvement innovation, using methods Poka Yoke, FMEA, enhance process reliability improve build in quality.
4. Liaise with suppliers customers to improve the product quality solving the complaint feedback, reduce warranty.
5. Planganize maintenance of equipment.
6. Identify faults, investigate production problems repair equipment quickly efficiently.
7. You may need to travel fbusiness sometime.
Education Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelors degrees above, prefer mechanical, industry engineering, electrical background.
2. 2 years work experience in the manufacturing industry corporation.
Preferred Skills Abilities:
1. Good in English written speaking.
2. In depth knowledge about FMEA, Six Sigma & Lean techniques (including problem-solving techniques), Statistics, 5s Standard Work process, VSM.
3. knowledge of a range of engineering functions procedures, a practical logical approach to problem solving.
4. Good at design software of Auto CAD Solid works is a plus.
5. Knowledge about MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visto) SAP.
6. Self-motivated, integrity, diligent open-minded. Strong hands-on ability.
7. Strong teamworking, interpersonal, communication, people management presentation skills.
8. The ability to work well under pressure take on new challenges
9.ganization time management skills.
