Responsibilities:
In project management:
Understthe fragrance market: dynamically develop consumer knowledge olfactive vision.
Set winning development strategies to serve local international key clients.
deliver fragrances matching client ‘s high expectations in haircare, shower, skincare other Beauty segments. Present your work to clients.
Be efficient. Lead developments with perfumers in a clear efficient way, sharing guidelines, retro-planning, strict follow up.
Build ameliorate themes according to market research studies.
Work proactively, anticipating market needs trends.
Support marketing teams on the development of promotional activities
Be innovative, suggest insightful out of the box themes.
Liaise with Technical teams to ensure the quality of fragrances provided, supporting sales clients directly.
Work hin hwith local, regional global creation teams aiming to share knowledge.
Perform tasks designated by Management in a responsive timely manner.
Increase project management efficiency.
Encourage collaborative practices
Promote a positive professional work environment.
Improve the retention of talents.

Functional Skills & Competencies
Excellent knowledge in Chinese hair body care markets
High olfactive capabilities, hard-working, meticulous detailiented
Able to work under pressure achieve goals in specified time.
Creative with an open mind set to push olfactive boundaries.
Passionate in fragrance, sensitive to Fine Fragrances Beauty trends, eager to decode trend setter markets such as Korea & Japan
Consumer testing understanding (tests results, FGD…)
Management skills: capable of building a winning team, through a positive encouraging environment.
Communication skills: Fluent in English, shows conviction persuasion.

Qualifications (education/experience)
Majin Chemistry, Cosmetic & Fragrance related discipline
10 years of experience in fragrance evaluation
Worked in an international environment.
