RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
· Leading verification activities of new products in R&D phase:
· 主导产品在研发阶段产品验证方面的活动
· Work with internal R&D, quality team and ODM/OEM vendors to:
· 和公司内部研发和质量团队以及ODM/OEM供应商一起:
o Review the FFU and DFM of the product design from ODM/OEM suppliers or in-house.
o 评估产品设计上的可适用性和可制造性。
o Responsible for designing testing plan based on new product specification, special features of application and function to ensure the safety, reliability and FFU.
o 负责新产品的产品设计的测试计划, 根据产品的规格，实际产品的应用和功能的特性制定测试计划来保证产品的安全性，可靠性及适用性。
o Coordinating with internal laboratory, supplier and third party for testing and review results to prepare the production verification evaluation reports.
o 与内部实验室,供应商及第三方协调和跟踪测试计划并制定产品验证评估报告。
o Give a new product risk assessment by establishing DFMEA to identify the risk points and PRN during development.
o Feedback the result of tests and verifications to the R&D team, working with them to get solutions.
o 反馈研发团队测试结果并一起协同解决问题.
o Follow-up the improvement on test failure cases during the verification evaluation process, make sure the issue found was 100% solved.
o 跟踪产品验证过程中测试不合格项, 确保该问题100%得到解决。
Implementation of VTM testing as per test schedule to evaluate the performance, reliability and safety of new products :
· 根据定义好的新产品验证计划以及测试进度安排，在内部实验室实施具体的测试，包括但不限于性能、可靠性以及安全等项目
· Work with laboratory quality engineer to:
· 和实验室质量工程师一起:
o In charge of function, photometrics, temperature rise, compatibility, safety, installation simulation and reliability test of LED lamps and luminaires.
o 负责LED灯与灯具功能、光学、温升、匹配性、安全及可靠性方面的测试。
o Define new test method as per product characteristics and perform customized testing items accordingly.
根据产品特征制定新的测试方法，并且能够按照新方法要求安排相关测试。
o Writing and filing all kinds of reports in quality with English. Report the result to R&D and PM team.
使用英语书写整理各类报告，和研发部及项目部汇报测试结果。
o Test equipment and 5S maintenance
测试设备保养及维护, 包括5S的整理与维持。
· Handling the customer’s complaints:
· 客户投诉处理及反馈
o Collect detail information on the complaint case.
o 当有客诉发生时，收集所有有关问题的详细信息。
o Work with internal R&D team and the vendor to setup a permeant prevention action and implementation effect validation.
o 和供应商和公司内部的品质部门一起制定永久预防措施及相应的改善结果验证方法。
o Work with RD and vendor on defective sample analysis process, and keep tracking to ensure each step of process e.g. 1st reply, root cause given and solution release within the requirement of standard lead time.
o 与公司研发以及供应商一起安排失效品的分析，并保持跟进，以保证在要求的标准时间内关闭各客诉分析工作
o Maintenance on complaint follow-up chart to have all TICS well recorded.
o 维护客诉跟踪表，保证所有的客诉都被记录及追踪。
REQUIREMENTS
要求
At least 5 years of quality related working experience and 2 years of working experience in LED lighting products testing
· 至少5年和质量相关的工作经验, 2年在LED照明产品测试相关的经验
· Familiar with LED lighting products, have strong sense of risk assessment.
· 熟悉LED照明类产品，有很强的风险评估意识
· Familiar with the test equipments such as Integrating Sphere, Goniophotometer and thermal tester.
熟悉实验室设备: 积分球，分布式光度计、温升测试仪
· Working experience of quality control in the LED industry is preferred. Familiar with the UL and Energy
Star standards of lamps and luminaires is favorable.
· LED相关行业的质量控制经验优先, 熟悉美国灯具类标准优先选择
· College degree in science & technology preferred
· 理科大专以上学历优先
· Good written and reading English is must
· 良好的书面英语
· Good oral English is preferred.
· 从优考虑良好的英语口语能力
· Skillful using DFEMA, CTQ and DFM tools.
· 熟练运用DFMEA, CTQ, DFM等工具
· Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, independent, proactive and a team player attitude.
· 具备很强的责任心, 具有良好的工作习惯, 独立的工作和思考能力，积极主动的工作态度和团队精
神
· Occasionally travel is required.
