3、熟练掌握至少一种主流 Python Web 框架，Django 或 Flask 为必备项，并理解其核心原理（如请求生命周期、中间件、路由等）。
4、深入理解并实践 RESTful API 设计规范，有使用框架（Django REST Framework, Flask-RESTful 等）开发、调试、维护生产级 API 的经验。
