3、熟悉MySQL、Oracle等主流数据库，具备SQL优化能力，了解NoSQL数据库；
4、熟悉常用中间件，如Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka/RocketMQ/Elasticsearch等；
5、熟练使用Maven、Git等项目构建与版本控制工具，熟悉CI/CD流程
6、具备Linux系统操作能力，能够使用常用命令和Shell脚本进行开发与部署；
7、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题解决能力和团队协作精神，对技术有热情，学习能力强；
有以下能力者优先：
1、有AI(RAG、Agent)系统应用开发经验者优先；
2、有分布式、大型微服务系统开发经验优先；
