Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Lead team to ensure timely accurate monthly closing, reporting forecast.
• Review validate financial implications (e.g., ROI, IRR, pay-back) of capital investment.
• Improve finance processes procedures with accuracy, reliability timeliness.
• Analyze control plant manufacturing cost support cost saving initiatives.
• Provide ongoing finance expertise decision support to plant management to enable the achievement of plant goals objectives.
• Lead team to meet division consolidation corporate reconciliation requirements.
• Support long term (5 years) plan annual budget.
• Ensure compliance to policies meet internal/external control requirements.
• Train develop talent to support business needs.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree above, majin accounting financial management related
• 8+ years’ progressive experience in finance field
• 3+ years’ experience of supervisrole
• Experience of Big 4 manufacturing cost management is preferred
• CPA ACCA CMA is preferred
Required Skills:
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles processes
• Be familiar with manufacture cost management plant operation
• Good analytical skill with business insights influence
• Ability to lead motivate team
• Good communication skills ability to work across functions
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese & English fluently effectively
• Advanced Excel presentation skills are required
Desired Skills:
• Digital skill on Power BI, Power App, Python, ChatGPT etc. plus
• Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred.
