工作职责:
1、负责公司质量管理体系实施、推进、维护、管理，对体系流程执行情况进行检查、纠正和持续改进，确保其符合质量管理的法规要求和产品标准；
2、组织内部审核、管理评审，负责管理评审决策及措施的执行工作；
3、有效对接政府监管机构，负责应对第三方审核及监管机构审核，以及审核后跟踪工作；
4、负责公司各类审核不符合项目的跟踪，纠正预防措施的落实和有效性验证；
5、负责协调公司产品的风险管理活动，完成风险管理文档；
6、承担产品上市放行业务，对接不良事件、召回等相关事务；
7、组织质量管理相关的专业知识培训，提高全员质量管理意识和能力；
8、负责团队建设和人员培养、评价、考核等管理，以及部门年度工作目标的策划；
9、承担产品上市放行业务，对接不良事件、召回等相关事务；
10、领导安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，五年以上ISO13485质量管理体系工作经验，有内审员证书；
2、熟悉医疗器械行业质量管理体系，有国内注册和海外注册经验优先；
3、具备熟练的对英文资料的读、写能力；
4、有良好的沟通能力及自主学习能力、统筹协调能力，能承担高强度的工作压力。
