4.熟悉Flutter网络请求、本地存储、推送通知、蓝牙传输等常用功能模块开发；
5.具备原生 Android(Kotlin/Java/Compose)或iOS(Swift/Objective-C)开发能力；
6.熟练使用 Git 版本控制，熟悉 CI/CD 流程和自动化构建工具；
7.具备良好的代码规范意识，了解设计模式，能够编写单元测试和集成测试；
8.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同⻆色高效配合
9.有较强的学习能力，对新技术保持热情，具备独立研究和解决问题的能力
10.工作认真负责，有较强的抗压能力和交付意识。
