Development History
In March 2014, in a garage in Xuhui District, Shanghai, Yujian City Youth Apartment was officially born.
In April 2014, the room management system YMS was launched, with a design capacity of up to 10,000 rooms.
In June 2014, Shanghai Yujian Youth Apartment received angel investment from Xianfeng Huaxing and others.
In October 2014, it received its first honor: the Entrepreneurship Award issued by the People's Government of Xuhui District, Shanghai.
In November 2014, it obtained Series A financing from Shunwei Capital and联创策源 (Lianchuang Ceyuan), and Yujian Youth Apartment officially became a member of the Xiaomi family, taking another step forward in the smart apartment field. Within less than 9 months of launch, Yujian Apartment had accumulated more than 2,000 rooms and developed a complete room management system. Subsequently, Shunwei Capital also made a Series B investment.
In March 2015, Shanghai Yujian Youth Apartment again received investment from Lianchuang Ceyuan.
On March 18, 2015, Yujian Apartment celebrated its first anniversary.
In April 2015, it reached a strategic cooperation with Haier.
In June 2015, it formed cooperation with the traditional real estate industry's WorldUnion.
In June 2015, the first cooperative project with WorldUnion, "Shangying Plaza," was officially launched.
