岗位职责：
1、负责系统前端应用的研发、迭代与性能优化；
2、参与Web前端全链路开发，与后端工程师协作完成产品功能的高质量交付；
3、负责系统前端功能模块的设计、开发与维护，保障应用的高性能、高可用性与用户体验；
4、与产品经理、需求方紧密沟通，深入理解业务需求，并协助完成前端技术方案的设计与实现；
5、持续优化前端交互体验与数据可视化效果，满足金融数据展示与分析的特殊要求。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、精通JavaScript（ES6+）、HTML5、CSS3，具备扎实的前端开发基础；
3、熟练掌握React框架及其核心概念（Hooks, 组件化开发等），并拥有相关的项目开发经验；
4、熟悉前端工程化与构建工具，如Webpack、Vite等，了解常见的前端性能优化手段；
5、熟练使用状态管理库（如Redux, MobX等），并了解常用的数据可视化库（如ECharts, AntV等）；
6、熟悉HTTP协议，能够熟练进行前后端数据交互，并对RESTful API设计有清晰理解；
7、具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和自主学习能力，对技术有热情。
8、有金融行业投资相关经验者优先
