Role Purpose Statement
The Safety engineer is responsible fsupporting the development, implementation, continuous improvement of occupational health, safety, environmental (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements company standards. The role exists to proactively identify reduce workplace risks, promote a strong safety culture, help ensure that employees, contractors, operations function safely sustainably.

Main Accountabilities
1.Comply with the company’s safety management system support the maintenance effective operation of the system.
2.Organize safety risk assessments hazard identification activities. Conduct on-site safety inspections, help employees contractors improve risk identification capabilities, report findings from the site to supervisors to support continuous improvement of on-site safety across all areas.
3.Monitthe implementation of safety measures provide recommendations fimprovement.
4.Assist in identifying applicable industry laws regulations support the factory in implementing regulatory compliance requirements.
5.Organize safety training sessions emergency response drills.
6.Be responsible foccupational health management.
7.Assist with the management of company fire protection facilities, including tracking supervising fire system inspection maintenance results.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience:
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree above obtained through a nationally recognized program; majors in Safety, Engineering, related fields are preferred.
2.More than 10 years of EHS management experience in multinational foreign-invested companies.
3.Have intermediate certified safety engineer qualification (Registered Safety Engineer).
