To manage the operation of the PG / EG rig test in rig laboratory in support of the development technologists.
To manage the operation of the PG / EG blending test in blending laboratory in support of the development technologists.
The role holder will work under guidance of the Team Leader.
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role
- Design / operate rig test fPG / EG coolant. Generate test results to technologists
- Responsible fthe development implementation of new rig test methods procedures based on the inputs/ requirements from either internal customers (e.g. product development teams, marketing teams...) external customers (e.g. OEMs, engineering firms, key system component manufacturers...)
-Must ensure the timely completion quality of planned rig tests -Process, report interpret the testing data in an accurate appropriate way to product development team other stakeholders ensure good documentation
-Must ensure the rig testing laboratory is maintained in goodder -Ensure the spare parts testing material supply
-Develop execute the calibration maintenance plan fthe lab -Responsible fthe implementation maintenance of up to date quality documentation
-Capability to use Power BI other software to do data analysis-Manage priorities blending of oils stability testing as requested by Product Development Technologists Team Leader-Manage storage of incoming raw materials including stock control, QC MSDS
-Responsible fthe implementation management of laboratory operating procedures e.g. equipment calibration, raw material storage, equipment maintenance responsibilities
-Responsible fconducting blending within the laboratory-Submission of samples ftesting both externally internally-Co-ordinate training fnew starters visitors
-Arrange purchase of consumables new laboratory equipment-Work closely with the Team Leader development technologists to ensure application of best laboratory practices, sample handling, lab standards all HSSE regulations.
