2、深入理解公司产品研发和大模型算法迭代的全流程，与跨职能团队（产品设计、算法、数据分析等）紧密合作，以自身技术能力和一定的产品、设计思维来影响、规划和决策业务发展路线；
3、管理全栈团队，识别和发展关键人才，优化团队结构；
4、深入思考研发过程中的各项问题，促进团队研发效率和工程质量的提升，降低团队试错和决策成本；
5、以自身良好的项目管理与协调沟通能力，负责跨组织项目的技术设计、推进工作，保障高效交付；
6、具备全球化视角和技术前瞻性，及时基于客户的反馈和前沿的方向与更贴近用户市场的业务团队紧密协作，辅助业务决策和团队管理工作。
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，具备全栈开发与团队管理经验；有大规模分布式的经验，对于 LLM有较深的认知和理解，有开源项目的维护经历者优先。
2、编程基础扎实，熟悉基本的数据结构和算法；对系统解耦、服务端/客户端稳定性和性能优化有体系化思考，问题抽象和经验复用能力强，对复杂业务场景全栈技术方案有判断力，具备客户端技术深度者优先；
3、有韧性，有良好的沟通协作能力，具备一定的业务感知和数据、工程驱动能力，能独立做出业务判断。
4、优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力。关注行业前沿技术，勇于创新突破，对新技术有强烈的好奇心和快速学习的能力。做事情有 Ownership。
5、有实线多团队管理经验，对业务发展能产生主动影响，有海外工作/创业经验者优先。
