岗位职责：
1. PCB设计开发
负责产品硬件PCB的设计与Layout方案制定，包括元器件封装建立与维护、PCB库管理，并完成PCB制板资料的准备与归档。
2. 技术沟通与协调
与供应商、客户及内部各部门（如采购、制造、研发、品质等）沟通PCB设计需求与生产工艺要求，确保设计可行并满足各方需求。
3. 项目支持与问题处理
参与产品初期报价评估，协助处理PCB制板、钢网制作及试作售后过程中的技术问题，推动问题分析与改善。
4. 设计审核与标准化
负责PCB设计审查，编制检查清单，推动设计标准化与经验总结，组织培训并辅导新员工。
5. 跨部门协作与团队管理
协助课长管理Layout团队，协调跨部门工作，参与内部设计确认与问题整改，确保设计质量与效率。
6. 专项设计工作
承担智能影像主机、DVR主机、摄像头及测试板等产品的PCB设计任务，负责封装维护与设计审核。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉热机和数字电路的设计原理及其PCB设计工艺确定；
2. 会熟练使用Altium Designer及PCB layout设计软件，熟悉布线原理及规范；
3. 熟悉各种元器件的性能参数及其应用注意事项；
4. 熟悉PCB设计的电装兼容设计的基本原理；
5. 熟悉电子产品开发验证流程，掌握DFMEA工具。
