工作职责
1、负责电子级聚苯醚装置生产设备的全面管理，包括设备的日常维护、定期检修、故障诊断与排除，确保设备长期稳定运行（特别是对生产质量有关键影响的设备，如反应釜、精密计量泵、过滤系统、灌装线）。
2、编制和完善设备维护规程、点检标准和备品备件清单，推行预防性维护（PM）和预测性维护（PdM）体系，降低设备故障率。
3、主导或参与设备技术改造和效能提升项目，例如引入自动化灌装线、升级搅拌系统、改善温控系统、分离过滤干燥等专用设备的选型，提升设备效率和可靠性。
4、管理设备相关技术档案，并与生产、工艺部门协作，优化设备操作参数，提高设备综合利用效率（OEE）。
5、负责对设备操作工进行培训，确保其能安全、规范地操作设备。
任职要求
1、硕士研究生及以上学历，化工机械、过程装备与自动化相关专业。
2、掌握机械原理、机械设计、液压与气动、电工电子等基础知识。
3、能阅读机械图纸、电气原理图，具备基本的机械加工和装配知识。
4、了解可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）和集散控制系统（DCS）的基本原理。
