岗位职责：
1、按照需求分析及设计文档进行软件开发工作；
2、对接HIS系统，进行基于HIS厂商的数据，进行业务开发。
3、参与系统综合测试，找出程序运行过程中存在的问题并解决；
4、参与系统验收测试；
5、对所开发的软件使用情况进行跟踪，维护，对用户在使用软件过程中遇到的问题提供技术支持；
6、根据开发流程要求完成相应文档资料。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，工作经验4年以上
2、熟练掌握java开发，理解mvc开发模式，熟悉敏捷开发，PS：如果熟悉php，有thinkphp Laravel经验优先。
3、熟悉springMVC，熟悉spring boot，熟悉微服务，去中心化理念，并且有实战项目经验，对分布式有一定的理解。
4、熟练掌握JPA,Mybatis,mysql数据库，掌握sql语言。
5、熟练掌握缓存技术，熟练使用redis进行缓存处理。了解 MQ和hadoop生态圈。对elasticsearch或者solr有一定的了解。
6、具备医疗行业背景，有HIS开发经验优先考虑。
7、熟练掌握Restful和RPC架构。
8、掌握swagger，能够进行文档的编写。
9、能够根据文档要求进行编程，有良好的编程习惯。
10、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，具备独立解决问题和协助小组成员解决问题的能力，有项目管理经验优先。
11、熟练运用git和svn的代码管理工具进行代码的管理和提交，并且能够合并解决冲突。
备注：
1、考勤时间：8:00-12:00,13:30-17:30
2、包三餐，早中晚均可在食堂就餐
