2、三年及以上JAVA开发经验，3个以上完整的开发项目经验；

3、熟悉SpringCloud，Spring MVC, MyBatis，Bootstrap,VUE等框架及整合；有SpringCloud项目经验优先；

4、具有较强的问题解决能力、性能优化能力，有中型项目经验；

5、有财务、人资等系统开发经验，了解ERP业务优先；

6、熟练使用Redis，Elasticsearch，了解Docker、RabbitMQ、K8s等；

7、工作态度认真积极，沟通能力良好，喜欢专研技术。
备注：vue2、vue3、echarts这些基础的很熟悉，熟悉uniapp、微前端的优先，有打包webpack/vite的经验，主导过项目开发，熟悉项目开发整体流程。
