岗位职责：
1、根据原理图，与结构交互完成PCB板的布局和布线工作，输出Gerber File，制作生产加工要求文件，拼版，钢网，坐标，工艺等文件，并保证整个单板项目的交付进度和质量；
2、负责跟踪PCB制版及生产工艺过程中工程问题，收集并解决和Layout相关生产问题；
3、将设计过程中出现的问题，整理成案例分析文档，编制完善大功率电源PCB Layout设计规范，推动大功率电源板设计质量不断改进；
4、参与部门内大功率电源PCB Layout设计评审、指导和培训，提升团队大功率电源PCB Layout设计能力、质量、效率。
任职资格：
1、PCB工作经验5年以上，硕士研究生及以上学历，电力电子、电气等相关专业者优先，能力突出者可放宽学历要求；
2、具备良好的电力电子基础，熟悉常见电源拓扑，掌握主回路、控制电路、采样电路等走线要求，熟练掌握大功率电源板布局布线设计，至少布过200A以上电流产品。有中高压PCB设计经验者优先。
3、熟练使用PCB设计软件，正确完成所有规则设置，完成PCB的布局布线；
4、熟悉工艺要求，具备一定的结构基础，能从PCB专业角度给结构反馈和建议，与结构一起交互完成PCB布局优化工作。
5、熟悉安规、EMC、可靠性设计规范，能编制安规布线要求，有实际EMC整改案例。
6、能主动把控质量，有优秀的质量意识，可以根据CHECKLIST，对设计进行有效自检工作，能维护和完善CHECKLIST及设计指南，并推动大功率电源板设计质量不断改进；
7、有强烈的责任感，以及良好的团队合作精神。
