岗位职责：
1、基于python技术栈负责设计开发高并发、高性能、高可用的后端服务系统；
2、负责App产品系统接口及应用的架构设计、开发及优化；
3、和产品经理、运营人员配合，深度参与需求讨论，功能定义，推动项目高质量交付；
4、完成系统框架和核心代码的实现，负责解决开发过程中的技术难题。

任职要求：
1、计算机专业本科及以上学历，3年以上python语言开发相关经验；
2、熟练掌握至少一种主流的Python Web框架（如Django、Flask、FastAPI）；
3、熟悉MySQl，Redis，MQ等常用数据库，具有数据库开发和设计能力；
4、有参与设计和构建复杂业务、高并发、高可用产品的经验；
4、熟悉线上部署、发布流程、有linux服务器管理和服务搭建能力；
5、良好的算法基础，有快速定位问题、独立思考和解决问题的能力；

【加分项】：
1、参与过大中型项目架构、业务开发(用户中心，支付中心，订单中心等)。
2、有主导过大项目经验者优先；
3、参与过开源项目；
4、对直播行业的推拉流技术有了解更佳。
