3. 参与结对编程，执行Code Review和Bug 跟踪修复，并能关注系统的性能优化、安全性，拥有很强的代码质量意识；

4. 参与系统架构设计，接口规范制定、技术文档编写等；

5. 参与现有系统的持续优化改进，不断追求。

任职资格:

1. 3年以上Java后端服务开发经验，Java基础非常扎实；

2. 熟悉后台常见开发框架，如Spring，SpringBoot，Mybatis、Dubbo等；

3. 熟悉常用的数据库及其优化，熟悉常见缓存和NoSql数据库，如：Redis、Mongodb等；

4. 熟悉常用消息中间件，如：Rabbitmq等；

5. 热爱技术、对技术有不懈的追求，喜欢研究开源代码，自驱力很强。
