岗位职责
1、负责基于大模型相关应用的后端开发、效果优化；
2、对接业务需求，深入理解业务场景，为业务部门提供技术支持与解决方案;
3、跟踪行业发展趋势，研究新技术，为公司产品升级提供技术储备;
4、协同团队成员，完成项目开发任务，保证项目进度和质量。
任职要求:
1、3年以上开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业；
2、java基础扎实，熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis等开发框架，具备良好的编程习惯；
3、熟悉主流关系型数据库、缓存技术，如：Oracle、MySQL、PostgreSQL等；
4、有使用大语言模型开发框架（如langchain4j）优先;
5、会使用主流向量数据库，如：chroma、milvus、pgVector等；
6、具备NLP基础和前沿跟踪能力，有基于openai、qwen等大模型应用开发经验优先；
7、对大模型技术充满热情，具备强烈的学习欲望和创新能力;
8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
9、有NET开发经验优先
