1、负责基于大模型相关应用的后端开发、效果优化；
2、对接业务需求，深入理解业务场景，AIGC应用研究;
3、跟踪行业发展趋势，研究新技术，为公司产品升级提供技术储备;
4、协同团队成员，完成项目开发任务，保证项目进度和质量
任职要求：
1、3年以上开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业；
2、精通Python语言，熟练使用Flask、Django等框架，有使用Transformer、TensorFlow、PyTorch、Langchain等AI开发工具的经验；
3、熟悉主流关系型数据库、缓存技术，如：Oracle、MySQL、PostgreSQL等；
4、会使用主流向量数据库，如：chroma、milvus、pgVector等；
5、具备NLP基础和前沿跟踪能力，有基于openai、qwen等大模型应用开发经验优先；
6、对私有化部署和模型微调有了解或实践经验优先；
