岗位职责：
1. 参与公司自研erp产品迭代升级（涉及.net技术，需掌握）
2. 参与项目的需求调研+分析，撰写相关技术文档；
3. 搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现；
4. 项目概要设计、详细设计、开发计划等的编制并实施；
5. 系统开发测试、部署和集成；
6. 负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；
7. 参与代码维护与备份。

任职资格：
1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历；
2. 3年以上Java项目开发经验或985/211优秀应届生；
3. 沟通能力强，内驱力强，有合作精神，善于主动学习；
4. 有石油软件行业或资产设备相关平台开发建设经验优先考虑;
5. 熟悉主流应用服务器的架构体系，数据库以及各种中间件技术，如tomcat、Oracle/PostgreSQL、ActiveMQ等；
6. 熟练应用Spring、Spring MVC、MyBatis、Shiro、Jquery 、BootStrap、Ehcache、maven 等开发、部署组件;
7. 熟悉应用服务器的安装、调试、配置及使用。
