4、熟悉 RabbitMQ，Kafka、Elasticsearch等消息队列、缓存、分布式等技术，熟悉高并发、微服务开发等技术；
5、熟练的使用软件版本管理工具 Git，熟练使用项目构建和管理工具Maven等；
6、熟悉Tomcat、Nginx 等服务器配置，熟悉Linux命令，shell脚本有一定了解；
7、需要有HR人力相关经验；
8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
9、具有较强的自学能力和钻研精神，能够快速学习新技术。
