2、管理项目团队，输出项目开发计划，进行产品研发过程管理，控制项目的范围、风险、质量及成本。
3、提供技术支持，解决用户在使用过程中遇到的问题，对软件进行维护和更新，确保系统正常运行。
4、定期汇报项目进展，预警项目进度及风险，项目阶段性成果和经验总结。
5、参与院内系统的接口设计和调试，保障系统间的通信效率和数据一致性。
6、与项目经理合作，保障项目按计划进行并及时完成。
职位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，需有3年以上医疗软件开发和管理经验。
2、熟系PACS医疗影像系统软件或云胶片、云影像、远程诊断等，熟悉DICOM协议标准，擅长对DICOM文件处理，熟悉医疗器械软件开发的质量保证体系。
3、具备IT知识，能够熟练使用各种数据库，具有独立开发能力，开发语言不限，服务器的维护运维。
4、具备深度的需求分析及良好的文档编写能力。
