岗位职责
1.负责电商商城后端微服务架构设计与开发，主导商品、订单、库存、支付、营销、会员等核心业务模块迭代。
2.参与微服务治理、网关、注册配置、熔断限流、分布式事务设计，保障系统高可用、高并发。
3.针对大促、秒杀、峰值流量做性能优化，解决超卖、缓存、消息队列、数据一致性等问题。
4.使用MySQL、Redis、MQ、ES等中间件开发，负责SQL优化、缓存设计、接口幂等与数据安全。
5.线上问题排查、故障处理、代码评审、技术方案落地，持续优化系统稳定性与架构扩展性。
6.配合产品、前端完成需求拆解，输出接口与数据库设计，保障业务快速交付。
任职要求
1.5年及以上Java开发经验，有完整微服务电商/商城项目经验。
2.精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud微服务技术栈，熟悉Nacos、Sentinel、Gateway、RocketMQ等组件。
3.扎实Java基础，懂JVM调优、多线程、并发编程，能独立排查线上问题。
4.熟练MySQL索引l、SQL优化、事务锁机制，懂分库分表优先。
5.精通Redis缓存、消息队列，熟悉分布式事务、限流、防重复提交。
6.熟悉电商业务逻辑，懂订单、库存、秒杀、营销流程优先。
7.逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备独立方案设计和问题解决能力。
8.熟悉AI编程。
