职位概述：该岗位负责原材料及委外生产相关计划工作，基于销售预测、库存状态及销售订单，确保及时交付、合理库存水平，并推动呆滞/过期库存的减少。岗位将与运营、采购、客服、物流、销售、质量、法规、财务及外部委外生产商等多方协作，支持业务稳定高效运行。
主要职责：
• 根据销售预测、库存情况及销售订单，负责转售产品及委外生产相关的采购申请。
• 基于 SAP MRP 分析，维护合理库存水平，支持库存周转及库存天数目标达成。
• 管理委外生产的生产计划、交期及原材料供应协调。
• 负责销售订单确认，确保交付承诺及时、准确。
• 主导月度滚动销售预测会议，跟进销售状态及需补货/下单物料。
• 主导月度 SLOB 会议，识别呆滞、滞销或报废风险库存，并推动库存调整审批流程。
• 及时反馈并处理 Symrise 关联公司的预测需求。
• 与客服、采购、物流、销售、法规、质量、财务及外部仓库/委外生产商保持紧密沟通，确保计划执行顺畅。
关键绩效指标：准时交付率（OTD）、库存天数（DOH）、呆滞/过期库存减少。

任职要求：
• 大专及以上学历，供应链、物流、计划、工商管理或相关专业优先。
• 5 年以上物料计划、供应链计划、采购计划或相关工作经验。
• 熟悉 SAP 计划模块及 MRP 逻辑，具备较强的数据分析能力。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel。
• 具备良好的沟通、协调及谈判能力，能够推动跨部门协作。
• 具备较强的责任心、执行力和结果导向，能够在动态环境中处理多任务。
• 日语听说读写流利；具备良好的英语沟通能力。
