1、负责公司硬件产品的PCB Layout设计，完成布局布线、阻抗匹配、EMC优化
2、对接硬件工程师完成原理图评审，输出完整的生产制板文件和工艺说明文档
3、跟进PCB打样、SMT贴片全流程，解决生产过程中的设计相关异常问题
4、参与团队PCB设计规范制定，优化高速板卡的设计流程，提升产品良率
5、配合测试团队完成样机调试，定位并解决信号完整性相关的硬件问题。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程等相关专业，3-5年PCB Layout相关工作经验
2、熟练使用Cadence Allegro等主流PCB设计软件，能独立完成8层及以上高速板卡的布局布线
3、熟悉PCB设计规范，掌握SerDes、DDR等高速信号的SI/PI仿真优化方法者优先
4、了解PCB生产工艺，能独立输出Gerber文件，跟进板厂打样和SMT生产全流程
5、有光模块、高速通信板卡相关设计经验者优先
